I think part of the reason I fell so in love with real Mexican food the first time I had it was because of the simplicity of it. My handmade corn tortilla filled with eggs and potatoes just needed fresh cilantro and lime sprinkled on it to make it a gourmet masterpiece. When I designed “Mexican Ingredients” I wanted to choose only these most simple ingredients that make up the exquisite flavors of this amazing cuisine.
